The Vana Cohort Ecosystem Benefits Program is designed to empower DataDAOs within our ecosystem, providing targeted support to help them successfully launch and scale their decentralized data liquidity pools (DLPs) on the Vana network. Through tailored grants, expert resources, and strategic partnerships, Vana ensures each DataDAO in our cohort is equipped to thrive, contributing to a decentralized and user-owned data economy.
Program Phases and Support
- Setup Phase: Tailored Grants, Technical Support & Ecosystem Expertise
Vana offers customized grants and in-kind support during the setup phase to address specific team needs. This phase focuses on filling gaps in technical, legal, and operational capacities with:some text- Ecosystem Expertise: Access to key experts in areas like governance structuring, preliminary legal guidance, and engineering support.
- Ad Hoc Grants: Provided based on demonstrated progress toward building a DLP and addressing very specific scopes or gaps in team needs. Grants are typically small at this stage.
- Ongoing Technical Assistance: Priority technical support continues throughout all phases, including one-on-one mentoring, regular check-ins, and tailored guidance from Vana’s team.
- Go-to-Market Phase: Driving Early Adoption & Visibility
Effective go-to-market strategies are critical for DLP success. Vana provides:some text- $10,000 USDC Grant for RadarBlock Services: Vana covers this grant to engage RadarBlock (RadarBlock.xyz), a Web3 growth and KOL agency, to drive marketing campaigns, social media management, and influencer outreach, helping DataDAOs achieve the 10,000 transaction milestone.
- Co-Marketing Initiatives: Featuring DataDAOs in Vana’s Data Hub (our Telegram user portal), on Vana’s website, and across our socials to boost visibility before launch.
- Network Connections & Funding Support: Assistance with connecting to potential investors, providing references, and leveraging Vana’s network to attract funding.
- DLP-Exclusive Event Series: Regular online and IRL events exclusive to the cohort, featuring industry leaders and partners. Example sessions include:some text

- Pre-Launch Phase: Auditing, Certification & Readiness
To ensure a smooth and secure launch, Vana provides:some text- Smart Contract Audits: Vana will cover the cost of audits through Hashlock for all cohort DataDAOs.
- Trusted DLP Certification: DataDAOs building on Vana’s Trusted Execution Environment or completing Vana-sponsored audits will receive a Trusted DLP certification.
- Launch Phase: Staking Grants & Strategic Support
At launch, Vana provides:some text- Staking Grant: Vana operates a permissionless ecosystem; however, to be considered eligible for DLP Rewards, DataDAOs need to stake 10,000 Vana tokens to register. Vana offers a conditional grant covering this amount, which becomes unconditional once the DLP reaches 100,000 transactions on mainnet.
- Co-Marketing & Launch Support: Ongoing promotion via Vana’s Data Hub, website, and social channels, alongside strategic campaigns to ensure strong visibility post-launch.
